We need to establish our hearts by grace because it is the only way to have a stable, confident, and enduring faith in God that can withstand trials, doubt, and the shifting influences of the world. The Bible makes clear that this establishment is not based on rituals, human laws, or self-effort, but on the unmerited favor of God through Jesus Christ.
